Common questions

The voice sounds strange or garbled on certain words
Our voice engine occasionally struggles with specific words. We're actively improving this. If you notice a word that consistently sounds wrong, email us the word and we'll add it to our fix list.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All Auvro apps run entirely on your iPhone with no internet connection required. Voice synthesis, photo processing, and video export all happen on-device.
Is my voice data sent to any server?
No. Voice recordings and voice clones are processed and stored exclusively on your device. They are encrypted, excluded from iCloud backups, and never transmitted anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my voice profile?
In any app that uses voice cloning, go to Settings and tap Delete Voice Profile. This permanently removes the voice data from your device. The action cannot be undone.
The app is using a lot of storage
The on-device voice engine requires approximately 126 MB. This is the neural network that makes the voices sound natural without needing a cloud connection. It's a one-time cost for permanent offline capability.
Can I request a new voice personality?
Absolutely. Email us at support@auvro.app with your idea. We're always looking for personalities that would make people laugh.
I found a bug
Please email support@auvro.app with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are hugely helpful.
