Auvro builds iOS apps that run entirely on your device. Our core principle is simple: your data stays on your phone. This isn't a policy choice. It's how the apps are built. There are no servers to send your data to.
Across all Auvro apps, we do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
Personal information (name, email, phone number, address). Photos or videos you take or select. Voice recordings or voice clone data. Text you type into the app. Usage patterns, session data, or behavioral analytics. Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or tracking data. Location data. Any data about children or minors.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. We do not integrate with any advertising network. We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties because we do not have any user data.
PetVoice is free with no accounts, no sign-ups, and no in-app purchases. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. This data is not linked to your identity and includes only: crash stack traces, device model, operating system version, and app version. No photos, voice data, or text you type is included in crash reports. Crash data helps us improve the voice engine for all our apps. PetVoice makes no other network calls. All voice synthesis runs on your iPhone.

AuvroTales collects no data whatsoever. Voice recordings are processed and stored exclusively on your device with iOS file protection enabled and excluded from iCloud backups. Voice clone data is biometric data and is treated accordingly: it is encrypted, never transmitted, and permanently deleted when you remove a voice profile. The only network call the app makes is an anonymous GET request to download the story catalog. No identifying information is sent with this request.

VoiceBack collects no data whatsoever. Voice profiles are encrypted on-device with iOS file protection and excluded from backups. Message text received via the Share Extension is processed in memory and immediately discarded. It is never written to disk, never transmitted, and never logged. VoiceBack makes zero network calls. It works entirely offline.

Some Auvro apps create voice clones from short recordings. This voice data constitutes biometric information under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). We handle it as follows:
Storage: Voice profiles (WAV audio files and encoded voice embeddings in safetensors format) are stored only on your device in an iOS-protected container with .completeFileProtection enabled.
Backup exclusion: All voice data is marked with isExcludedFromBackup = true. It does not sync to iCloud, iTunes, or any cloud service.
Transmission: Voice data is never transmitted off your device. There is no server, API, or cloud service that receives it.
Deletion: When you delete a voice profile in the app, the corresponding WAV files and safetensors files are permanently removed from the device filesystem. This action is irreversible.
Auvro apps do not collect any data from any user, including children. Apps rated 4+ do not contain accounts, social features, or any mechanism to identify a child user. AuvroTales is designed for use by parents with young children. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any information about children. It is compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) through its zero-data-collection architecture.
PetVoice only: Firebase Crashlytics by Google. Processes anonymous crash data on Google's servers. See Firebase Privacy Policy. No other Auvro app uses any third-party service.
App Store: Downloading any Auvro app through Apple's App Store is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
If we ever change our data practices, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Given that our apps are architecturally designed to collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
